Dear Indiana Residents,
I realize you’re all sorts of upset over trick or treating being moved to tomorrow night. I realize it’s akin to starting Christmas before Thanksgiving on the WHY ARE YOU RUINING THE WORLD?!?!? scale. But when there’s severe weather in the forecast, you play it safe. Trust me.
