Back Home Again in Indiana
My birthday was Tuesday, and I took the day off work so I could spend it reflecting upon this truly blessed life I’ve been gifted. Just kidding. I took the day off so I could take my kid to school and spend it doing whatever the hell I wanted (do you nominate yourself for Mom of the Year or how does this work?). I did, however, think a list of things I’m grateful for would make a lovely birthday blog post because new year/new leaf, soul searching, Tony Robbins and The Secret, I have no other ideas, blah blah blah. I was going to do one thing for every year I’ve been alive, but 92 is a lot to come up with so you’ll have to settle for 34.
